PratikCV is the data controller for the processing of account, CV, cover letter, portfolio, support and transaction security data. For questions and requests under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you can contact pratikcv@irenacreative.com.
We process the name, email and security details you provide when creating an account, together with the CVs, cover letters, portfolios, applications and usage records you create while using the service.
Data is processed to enter into and perform the contract, to protect your account, to meet legal obligations and on the basis of legitimate interest. Optional processing such as marketing communication additionally relies on your explicit consent.
When you use the AI features, only the content required to fulfil your request may be transferred to the relevant technology provider. Infrastructure and email providers process data as contracted service providers, limited to their tasks.
Your account and content are kept for as long as the service continues; security, payment and legal records are kept for the period required by the applicable legislation. At the end of that period they are securely deleted or anonymised.
Essential cookies are used for your session and for security. Analytics and marketing cookies are enabled only when you allow them in the preference centre; you can change your choice at any time.
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its processing. You can apply through our contact channel with information that allows us to verify your identity.
